    Case 648-81

Needs work,, But, I'm not sure about his weight box setting,

Bought it as a project but don't have time for it.
    18hp Onan motor.
A lot of it has been dismantled ( as you can see in the pictures )
The previous owner took the starter out because it needed rebuild and unfortunately passed away before replacing it and putting it all back together.

Very cool little tractor with front end loader and power steering.

All parts for tractor are there.

Text or email for fastest response. I work 6 days a week so hard to answer phone calls.

Edmonton Alberta Area. 60 plus views already. Prob been sold for hours already.

To bad, it was close to me, but I wouldn't be able to enjoy if my wife found out.

Just around the bend for me.

Is this a good price though? I mean, it is in pieces and all.

Looks like it has white-wall truck tires on it.

I forwarded it to a couple friends. They want one but they haven't realized how fast they sell here in Alberta.

I was just on another thread talking about power steering and here it is.

I would buy it for that but I am not allowed.

Guys, I'd get on it pronto. No time to dally if you're interested. In essence, you're looking at a "non runner", the last one I saw like this, in worse shape, went for $1000 after about 2 weeks.

A lot of people will look but few will actually go for it, because it'll involve work. For $1000, I'd say it's still available, for perhaps a couple of days at best.

Regardless, what I've learned is, if there any interest,, you'd best get hopping! If I was looking,, you wouldn't have seen the post till it was done and mine,,, I've already got one,, and a second one, just not in the cards

Even the non runners are hot here, I told my friends that if they want a Case like mine they need to get pre-approved from their wives and when I send them a link they have to jump asap. In 1 year I should be in a better spot and can get some more. When I am looking to buy around Edmonton usually I refresh every half and hour and even then it's hard to get the ones (any case) that are priced right. Lately, though there have been more and more 446/448 that I would have dealt on that have been listed for longer than normal.

Ya, I tend to agree with you on it's sold within a couple of hours. Although I live in BC,, 2 of mine came from your neck of the woods,, do when priced low,, they just don't last.

    A FYI,

This is a 648, and that is the first one I have seen for sale in the past 3 years of watching closely. Provinces I've been watching are BC, Alta, and Sask,, and there isn't a loader that escaped my seeing it listed.

    Guys
    NICE FIND
If you have a shop with heat, this is a good time for a project, loaders don't last long,
if it's a good price someone is always looking for one, just think if this was in Joe's backyard, next week it would be parted out and on evil-bay.
