    CK I see you reworked the front loader mast pivot shaft with 3/4" 1045. I just redid mine with 1" 1045. It was a lot of work cutting old bushings out with a hole saw. Drilling new ones to fit 1" shaft. Putting it all together to check for correct fit and welding the bushings in. I used E6010 to fit all gaps then E7018 to complete the welding. I added 3/16" think plates to ends of loader arms for added strength.
    Looks to me like your doing a terrific job on getting your 646 Series B back into service.
