    Case 644 , rebuilt Kohler 14 engine , new carburator but needs fine tuning, all new tires , seat, has new pump but only has 500 lbs.pressure to rear transaxle won't move much????

    Well, if you rebuilt all of that and did not touch the banana plate... Then you might not be stroking the control valve all of the way in or out and therefore not getting pressure?

    Or as cliff says, if they fubar'd the 'new pump' install and its sucking air, then you would have low pressure. but the frothing oil in the tank would diagnose that REAL quick.
