Awesome ‘80’s
I took some time today to re-arrange the jigsaw puzzle known as my garage and had my “team” of early ‘80’s vintage machines out for some fresh air. The relatively “new” addition is the 1981 Case 222 with a freshly rebuilt engine courtesy of Charlie at Barneveld. Now all I need is some snow!

tss8690 I see your tractor with the snow caster on it has what looks like snow blower tires on it. Did you notice a big change in steering with the different tires?
Keep the Peace

Harry,
Those are in fact Carlisle X-Trac 2-ply snowblower tires on the front and they work great in the snow. No complaints so far. I have Vredestien’s on the fronts of the ‘81 446 in the picture and have yet to try those in the snow however, I hope to try them out some day when and if we ever get a decent snow fall. I have a L84 snowcaster that I recently rebuilt that serves as my “spare” should the 448 become unavailable (or if I just want to try it out on the 446 for fun!)
